Dr. Foster was born and raised in Jefferson County Missouri, approximately 30 minutes southwest of Columbia. She graduated in 2004 from Festus High School where she was involved in student government and athletics. Then she went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Drury University in 2008.
